I bought my tickets but...
I need to reschedule
To reschedule your tickets, please
contact our box office. A $9.99 fee plus tax will be applied per ticket to change the date or time.
Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.
I want to change the name on them
We do not check the name on tickets against identification. The person(s) presenting tickets will be admitted.
I never received them
If you have purchased tickets to In Pour Taste: A Comedy Wine Tasting Experience directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please
contact our box office and provide the name and email address associated with the order.

GENERAL ADMISSION [21+] - Includes 5 wine tastings. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
This is an ages 21+ event. Valid ID is required.

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the show, including purses, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the show.

Accessibility
Show & Venue
Accessibility Vehicle Drop Off is located across from the Aria hotel, and customers can be dropped off at the Level 2 entrance at the Aria drop off.
Parking
The Shops at Crystals is proud to provide exceptional accessibility throughout the entire center, including The Crystals Valet and at each center entrance. As the exhibit is on the third floor, patrons must take the elevator up or down to this level.
Seating & Mobility Aids
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.
Bathrooms
The venue does not have restrooms. Restrooms are located a short walk down the hallway outside of the gallery entrance.
